Employed as a Marine & Survival Instructor for several years, conducting numerous OPITO accredited courses and topic based. Acted as a qualified assessor and verifier. Training vocabulary was further enhanced within HSEQ disciplines.

Engaged in all aspects of in all aspects of competency assurance covering recruitment & selection, job descriptions, training provision, training matrices, inductions, technical training plans, competence assessment, performance management, appraisals and succession planning.
